Your fitness journey begins with a single step. You can do it. FLEXIT can help.

FLEXIT empowers clients of all ages, abilities, and body types to achieve their fitness goals through safe, customized program design and a holistic approach to health and wellness.

FLEXIT trains clients of all fitness levels, but specializes in coaching novice level adults beginning or resuming an exercise practice or who exercise inconsistently. Typically, clients have experienced barriers to fitness adherence for various reasons, including: chronic health conditions; physical or functional limitations; injuries; surgeries; sedentary occupations; negative body image; low self-esteem or confidence; and time constraints due to everyday demands of work/life. Often, a health issue or life change is the motivation to begin exercising.

Does this sound like you? If so, the good news is: it’s never too late to start your fitness journey.

Integrated training is a proven, safe, and effective system that increases physical stability, strength, and endurance. Full body conditioning is achieved by combining various types of training: flexibility; balance; core; cardio-respiratory; resistance; plyometric; speed, agility, and quickness.
